These terms apply to introtodeal.com, the Intro to Deal newsletter and the Intro to Deal community. They are run by Beverly Ezebuike, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. By using the site, joining the community or reading the newsletter you accept these terms.
Joining is free. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. I may change the format, frequency or content of the newsletter, and I may remove anyone from the community who behaves in a way that is abusive, spammy or harmful to other members.
Intro to Deal is commentary and analysis on fintech partnerships and deals, written from my own experience and opinion. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or invest in anything. Figures about other companies come from public sources, which are linked where possible, and may change after publication. Please take your own professional advice before making decisions.
Any sponsored content or paid relationship will be clearly labelled where it appears. Companies featured in the editorial, including the businesses I highlight, are chosen on their merits and are not paid placements unless marked otherwise.
Booking a call or asking for an introduction is a conversation, not a contract. Any introduction service, advisory or paid engagement is agreed in a separate written agreement before any work or introduction takes place. I do not guarantee that an introduction will lead to a deal or any particular result.
If you reply to a reader question or send me a comment, you allow me to use it in combined, anonymised form in the newsletter. I will never publish your name or identifying details without asking you first.
The newsletter, the website and their content belong to me unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links to issues and to quote short passages with credit to Intro to Deal. Please do not republish whole issues or reuse the content commercially without my written permission.
